Our place is fairly new, we like to keep it clean and tidy. The common area including kitchen, dining and lounge is on the ground floor. The room that is available is quiet, at the back of the house on the first level with a shared big bathroom that has both a bathtub and big shower. It has a large wardrobe with mirrors and it is carpeted. The room gets sun in the morning, and looks over a big tree. The place is between three train stations (200 meters from Erskineville, 250 meters from Macdonaldtown and 300 meters from Newtown station) across the supermarket, between great restaurants, parks and well known pubs and it is 400 meters away from the hustle and bustle of King street Newtown. The bedroom is unfurnished. This is a great room for someone that is starting in Sydney and is looking for permanent accommodation.
